Just a quick message to let you know that patch 1.01 for SCEA users is live NOW.

Bottom line is, everyone is (understandably) anxious in anticipation of the upcoming NA beta.

So, for all you folks stopping by, please check the OP and/or the official LBPC Beta FAQ for all updates. Check your email regularly, and see if you have access to the Beta forums or LBP.me. If not, try again every 12 hours or so. Be patient.

And most of all, if you don't get in, there will be other opportunities to do so. It is not the end of the world, so keep your chin up and your browser pointed to LBPC for the latest info, etc.!

Canada is included in NA/US.

How do I know if I am in the beta?
Emails haven't HAVE as of now been sent out for the NA or new participants. Check here and here to see if you have access (logging in and out can help). Remember to log into the master account (the one your sub account is linked to) to see if you have access. If you do have access, expect an email!

Note:
If you have never been to the PSN European forums before, give them 24 hours to add you to the system and try again. But if you have access to the lbp.me site, then you are in!

I cant get access, what now?
There are more waves of invites to be sent so look out for any more info from Sony announcing these. Also, the list of participants is updating daily, so check back every now and then at those 2 links I posted above. Proof

When are invites being sent out?
As of right now. [5:16PM EST]

I am on a Child (SUB) account, what account do I enter the code on?
Enter the code on your parent or guardians (MASTER) account (or whichever account yours is linked to that is 18+) and you can play on your own account when it is downloaded (it works on all accounts on the playstation you downloaded it on).

How do I get into the LBPC Beta forums?

For those asking about getting access to the lbpc beta forum, the established method is to send a screenshot of your beta invitation email. You should probably block out your beta code: CC's a good guy and I'm sure he wouldn't try to take advantage, but you have to upload the pic somewhere and there's always the chance that somebody will see it and try to grab your code. If you know you're in (you have access to the official forum), but you haven't got your email yet (none of us in NA have), what you can do is send him a link to something you've posted in the official beta forum. That's how I got into the lbpc beta forum.

I checked the last 10+ pages to see what was being asked and that's the main stuff I could see. I hope I did not miss any big questions, there doesn't seem to be a lot above. And yes, some of this can be found in the stickied thread which some of the lint might of missed. Please read that too!

I own all DLC, am on LBP quite a lot and am a PS Plus member. I'm also European. Ofcourse, since EU gets everything crap, and I'm never getting into the beta.

ah well. I got LBP and most of the noncostume DLC. I have a feeling I might get in, but I'm not too confident in my luck. We'll just have to wait and see..

I have almost all the DLC... so here's hoping I get in! On a side note... interesting little video of PAX showing Cc, Morgana, Comphermc, and Jaeyden. It's always neat seeing what people you share time with on forums are actually like in person. Hooray! I couldn't afford PS+, but I have most of the DLC. I'm only missing 3 packs or so. =) Doesn't seem to be that silly 18+ age rule, either.
