Granted, but you were spit out of one into a different universe and a dinosaur tripped and fell over you - since you were so small - and the fungus that was rubbed on your face by his (or her) pinky toenail resulted in you fainting. You end up waking up in this alternate universe (where none of your wishes apply) at around the same time as this one, and happen to be seen as a second-class citizen by the now dominant civilization of Sackboys. They treat you like a dog, but with no respect. Since, in this universe their language is different, from now instead of posting "I wish," you must post, "I am stupid and hope..."

Lol. Granted, but then Chuck Norris creates a warm-hole that sucks you up and shoots you into a poisonous cloud that puts you into a coma. Then a doctor operates on you trying to save you, but a random pack of wild animals, "The Pack", devour your body.
