Okay so I'm going to write as I play as soon as you enter the theme is set and it is incredibly cool. The subltle led lighting is superb and I like the use of stikering right off the bat. The falling platforms are good, maybe add sound effects as they land? Nice mushrooms cut-outs! I find the grabble sponge that lifts you up a bit stiff, maybe change it to string so there is a bit of challenge for the players? Nice R1 stiker help throughout. I see some great point combos, nice man. The switch you pull is sorta hidden at first, more noticable stickering there? Aww it's over already? Great level dude, 5 ***** and a

Surely a level with great visuals: you did a vert good use of fire, sticker and materials, creating a touching atmosphere.
The music you picked helped making that atmosphere, so good choice. Obviously the level was too short, I think it can be caused by the thermo, our biggest enemy.
The gameplay was ok, good platforms and other things.
I had a little lag playing this level, maybe caused by the complexity of the visuals.
Overall, a very good level, sadly too short.

I'd like if you tried my level for F4F: "The Long Night of Mr. Krom" or "Mm Squad's Christmas mission: Protect the Pack!" by xDante95x. You can find the thread clicking on "My Creations" under my nickname. Just choose one of them and play it, then give me a little feedback

Hey Dude,
You're holding out on me... your a darn good creator. Congratulations on the spotlight... looks like you broke that century mark! The look of this level is brilliant and that's coming after I played Arabian Ruins, which is a feast for the eyes! I had a couple minor layer switching issues but nothing which detracted from my overall experience...
To your credit, at one point I thought I was in a Morgana25 level. It was the section of platforming where you are hauled up and the sections part to allow you past... I think she had the exact same thing in one of her dragons of myth levels but in reverse! There's no accusation there... just compliment. With a little more planning and some patients, I think you could pump out some truly worthy full levels... Anyway, nice work.Last edited by Gravel; 01-05-2011 at 03:58 AM.

Decided to play your levels since you give good feedback to others.

Nice level. Good looks, decent gameplay in there too.
Shame about the length.
The biggest improvement I could suggest, is to use the "squint test".
Basicially squint your eyes at each section of your level. The path should be still be clear.
It's a trick from Naughty Dog I heard they used on their Crash levels. For example on the underwater levels in Crash 3, there is a bright blue line (in the back layer) guiding the player all the way through.
The reason I bring it up is that the path is completing with the background in your level.
Would be happy to beta test anything of yours.

Hey just wanted atop by and say I played your level. It was short but fun none the less. Always better to have quality over quantity. I'll check out some more of your stuff when I get some time.

I was play your level and i love it so much, the design is pretty, cool and lovely the use of the layers i like it so much i think more important than ever levels especially in the game-play, the osbtáculos, roads, and all areas are well designed, represented and very clean, and this makes the level even more interesting, i liked the use of fire areas is very well thought out, like the use of stickers is pretty good, have a good job here and a deserved spotlight

I gave you

And i hope you play it my new level and tell me your opinion. Thanks http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/sho...3323-Steam-incSig by: psynten´sWife / Illustration by: The Zim Invader
