Photos in Posts?

Just wondering how to include photos in a post on here where you don't have to click a link to view them?

First upload it somewhere (I assume that since you're mentioning links you already know this.) Then copy the url of the image. When typing up your post, click the little picture frame with a tree in it icon and paste the url into the window that pops up.
