Menus and cameras

Hiya! I've got a lil' problem with a level I'm working on. There's a few things:

First, can you put a movie camera directly on the controllinator's circuit board? I mean, I know you 'can', but is that how you're supposed to do it? IE when the level starts the character enters a controllinator, and the camera goes to the menu. I've done this, and while testing in create mode it worked fine...but then I switched to Play mode and the inputs for selecting items on the menu suddenly didn't work (even though they worked perfect in Create mode with no changes). It's something to do with the movie camera for sure, because after I took it off I could make selections...I just couldn't see the menu lol

Also, after the player selects 'Start game' or whatever and exits the controllinator, how do I get the camera to stop? Can I set another camera off of that input to say, 0.1 seconds? Or is there an easier way to get out of that camera?

You can place the camera on dissolve and dissolve it when you click start game.

it sounds to me like your camera is set to disable controllers, one tweak should fix your prolem

You can set the camera not inside the controllinators chip, but anywhere else and hook up the controllinator's active output (the output where the ps button should be) to the camera, that way it will activate as soon as someone enters the controllinator, and put the camera on something like holo with a destroyer, or dissolve material.
