Hi There!
Hope someone can help

i want to make somo controls like i said
but my problem here is the X button (any Button, just for the example)

i'm trying to make the Up + X Button activates only one emitter
but the X button is connected directly to it`s own emitter but also to the other 2
it is activated always i press the X Button
How can i make To activate it on Just One Of the Emitters?

Run your X-only option through a 3-Input AND gate. Now add two NOT gates - one each for UP and DOWN - and run the UP/DOWN outputs through them and into the the other two inputs of the 3-input AND gate. The AND gate output goes to the X-only emitter.

Now, when it is X and not UP and not DOWN, the X-only emitter will be triggered by itself.
