Well...Just finished watching the episode. It wasn't as grand as I hoped (how ironic) and the ending was a little disappointing, but hey...good. Looooved Fluttershy and Rarity's scenes. :L
It was waaay too short. I think it would have been better if it was a two-part episode, especially considering it's the season finale.

@Zim, exactly that's why, its just A season finale, can't make it look as grand or as "series ending" either.
Remember this MAY be just one of many seasons, not just 2.
Hehe, it IS pretty ironic considering you may have over-raised your expectations about the GGG a bit too much as well, sounds familiar?

Anyways, so the long break begins!
What will be of Bronydom?
Only time will tell...
But one thing's for certain, even if Bronies disperse, scatter, forget during the break, I can assure you, that once season 2 begins, we shall be back, and stronger than ever!
We shall storm the internet once more!
(Unless the internet is still being stormed until then, which is quite plausible. xD)

Well that's been an interesting season. I enjoyed the last episode... and IMO the reason it seems short is because there's a lot going on (and a lot to like).

[spoiler] Psycho Fluttershy avatar. Did anyone else find her breakdown more unnerving than Pinkie's? I mean, Pinkie was always a bit crazy, but to see Fluttershy so frustrated to the point of screaming like that... it was a bit scary, to be frank.

Also, inviting 6 young ponies to a royal ball for the express purpose of making them go insane and having them trash the place? And not telling them how much the event even sucked anyways? Oh Trollestia. [/spoiler]

But overall it was nice, but I'll agree with Zim, it didn't seem like a Grand Finale.

What I thought about the episode:

Hilarious! All the fairytale elements being toyed with, Twilight not realizing they are ponies and can pull the carriage themselves (or make somepony else do it) Also, the part with the glass shoe was incredibly entertaining too! I do feel somewhat bummed out by the abrupt ending, but that makes me just hunger for more!
