P = Non-pegasus
p = Pegasus

If one parent is uuPp (Unicorn) and another is Uupp (Pegasus), then they can have a child that's uupp (Pegacorn).

She was asked in her DA page a while back acually, sadly, no, there's no way an Alicorn can be from non-Alicorn parents, its either a pegasus or a unicorn, she says that's why they're so rare, since they'd be everywhere otherwise.

See, you guys are seeing it the wrong way, Alicorns are not a combination of both Unicorns and Pegasus, but rather a new species that in a way is also part Earth.

Its not:
PP = Pegasus
UU = Unicorn
UP = Alicorn.

But rather:

UU = Unicorn
EE = Earth
PP = Pegasus
AA = Alicorn

Each is its own non-combining species.
Even if they were combinable, you'd have to combine all 3 species to make an Alcorn, as they posses all 3 traits of Magic, Flight and Naure within, not just Maic and Flight.
(Why does everyone forget the Earth ones?)

Alicorns and Pegacorns are the same, what she was saying is for it to have wings and horn, no matter how strong or weak, is to be born from Pegacorn/ Alicorn parents.
Their magic and wings are not all the same anyways (just like not all unicorns are as powerful or all pegasus the same.)

But you're not gonna settle for anything other than a "yes".
Just look at this, its already stated its not possible, and that they're their own species, that no amount of "combining" is gonna change that whatsoever, and yet you keep trying to find loopholes, so you're obviously no interested in the truth but for someone to say "yes its canon, its ok."

You're even arguing with what the creator of the show said dude, you don't need the go-ahead from anyone anymore, you're doing it anyways, and will not be willing to make any changes or make it otherwise(even tho I did warn you several times about it.) am I right?

Look there's nothing wrong with having a "super OC character." many fans of various things do that more often than not, so no worries, just don't try to justify it, because it's not gonna work.

Woah. I didn't mean to make anypony mad, I just have a rather elaborate story made already and don't think I have enough creative juice to come up with another. I mean, the one I have is made of other stories in my life as it is, I don't have much left to make a new story that goes along with the genetics here. I was hooping he could have a good backstory, but I guess out with the horn. Now I have to change my everypony profile, redraw him, and come up with something, and all I wanted was something to fit, be it genetic anomaly or whatever, so I wouldn't have to redo every single thing I have already come up with. I'm sorry. Please don't hate me for a lazy moment.
