Uh, I'll drop some advice here; unless you want this project to inevitably crash and burn, you'll get rid of things like 'leader' and 'ideas and credit'. This will become an issue later on. If you guys are going to do this, then credit and leadership has to be distributed equally or else there will be conflict. Perhaps some will contribute more than other but for the sake of whatever you guys are doing, leave it informal.

Yeah, I'd like to add to this. If you do a group project, everyone should brainstorm together to come up with ideas. That's what makes something a group project. If everyone has their say in the story, people will be more inclined to want to work on it. If one person is coming up with the ideas and no one else has any say, the rest of the members will just feel like they're carrying out the other person's bidding and the project really won't have any heart and soul.

When we did Hansel and Gretelbot, we started out with a very structured list of what people will be doing, but then things happened and we had to deviate from that list. I was supposed to be doing cinematics, but I ended up doing all sorts of other things. Same with Morgana25 and Ccubbage. So, yeah, I echo this post by astrosimi. Leave it informal.

Everyone else remember to organize properly, don'y let people just "call" things, see who in the group is best at what and orginize who does what by then.
