2 days from now you will end it at every try,but you will be angry because you missed 1 star

3 days from now you will end it at every try and get all 5 stars, but you will be angry because you get hitted some times and this bring down your highscore

4 days from now you do all, and want just beat my score and gain the #1 place

5 days from you're officially the first VAGRANT SWORD Pro

Those stars are hidden pretty good, I've only seen 3!

btw: Forgot to mention...while you're making improvements. The very first bounce pad by the little tower w/the guy chucking spears in the beginning isn't glued down.

1- One hint, at the end you see also the order of the stars... for example you see that you've missed the first and the third,so you can have an idea of wich zone you must explore more

2- I know,at beginning was totally unintentional, but after some plays i'm getting used to push it down on the left(basically i do it everytime) to have more running space for the jump,so at the end i've just left it in that way

  4. Thanks!

It's a pretty easy jump and there's plenty of space to the right of the pad...you don't even need to use the roll move. I've never messed this jump up...just thought I'd mention the pad, it's not that important...it just came across as being un-intentional.

You are entirely to blame for me being up at 1.00 am on a work night! It was absolutely worth it though, even if your level needs health warnings, it's so addictive, lol!

The sackbot AI works brilliantly well, both the hero and the enemies, and I found the controls really intuitive (and I'm normally terrible at this sort of thing). The visuals were excellent too - the background scenery was nicely detailed and just fitted the action perfectly.

The crowning glory of the level though is the way it's set up to challenge you to replay and replay until you get to the end (which I have yet to do). Each time you play you get a little further and work out a strategy for getting past yet another set of enemies/hazards. It's you pitting your wits and skill against the level and that's what makes the whole thing so absorbing and engaging. The addition of the stars and extra points then just adds another whole layer of interest.

This is just a brilliant level from start to finish (if I ever get that far and I'm surely going to try!). A and a

Whew.... ok, I found all 5 stars and defeated the final boss.... WOW! Not sure my heart can take anymore . My hat's off to you, sir! That was a great time. Yes... I could go back and try to win without being hit to raise my score... but I've built up a bit of a psychological fear of the final boss....

This is wonderful! It's like playing Demon's Souls in Little Big Planet! Completely unforgiving and unhelpful, but doable and once it's done there's a huge sense of accomplishment. Awesomesauce.

Hearted, yay'd, and eventually I'll get good enough to finish it xD
    Currently I've ragequit five times.

Working on a couple. Logic is fun and rage.

Thanks at both,i'm every time more glad to read that people perfectly get the spirit!!! :P

My fear was that the level was not understand because LBP "push" the average player in the opposite direction,a casual approach where you pretend to finish the level at the first try even playing bad, in 5 minutes finish, forget and go to the next one

I was honestly expecting to get an immense % of sad faces, but is happen the contrary

Hey i have tried your level and wow what a level. It is difficult to create a level that is so challenging yet so much fun but you have done it. The visuals are great too especially the sword animation. I tried the level 3 times now but i have hearted it so i can try again later.

  17. Thanks!

at first i want to say: wow wow, the sword attacks look amazing! good job
and the roll is amazing as well! sad that you only give one live - thats a bit frustrating. even more when you don't know where to go (for example the huge jump.) if you don't know ehre the right way is.
    - i miss a lifebar because you say 5 hits and yoru death? should know how much i got left or?
    - i don't like it if they booo when you go in the goal. try something what is not hitting you in the face when you feel bad anyway cause you losed again.

i must say this system is very fun. and well done. i would love to know how this sackbot stuff works. but i should test formyself first befor i wonder about that heh
well. amazing! keep it up! would love to see a knight topic with that bot-system-levels like fighting against other knights and than against a dragon. epic.

    rating: yay and double heart

  19. Thanks!

On the candle above the star (you know the one), it's possible to leap from the room's entrance to the candle. If you do, you get shoved forward to an invisible barrier layer, and there's no way back to the game - I had to jump to my death. I made a rage face at that.

But I did finally manage to beat it. Eggman - er, I mean, the boss - didn't ever hit me, though, and his weapon definitely passed through me several times. Maybe its damage radius just isn't as big as the visual?

Ah well. I still have to play more - I only managed to get to four of the stars!

Yes basically they have a colored magnetic key on the centre of the spiked ball, the range is'nt bigger than the damage range of the arrows... if it don't hit you full you don't get damaged
