Hmm, I'm pretty sure you can get the Scarlett hair Gobbotron level. I may be wrong though, but I'm quite sure that it's one of the two Avalonian challenges.

Yes it looks like that. If your wondering what I plan to use it for, I want to make the Grudge Kid and I need to red hair and paint it black....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since that's LBP1 hair, shouldn't this be in either the LBP1 or LBP PS3 section?
I can't remember where I got it. I haven't played LBP1 in ages.
EDIT: Unless he didn't realize it was LBP1... either way, it is an LBP1 piece..

Kind of a dark pic, but since I sorta know what you're going for I'd say maybe the Yorda Hair (stickered black, of course) from the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus DLC Costume Pack.
It's LBP 1, but it works fine with LBP 2. You can purchase just Yorda for 1.99 USD from the PS store.
As far as LBP 2, non DLC items go...I really don't know. There weren't many hair costume pieces in LBP 2. If you've got the money I'd suggest picking up a used or pre-owned copy of LBP 1 and giving it a play. It's worth it, really. Once you do that, you can just import everything from LBP 1 into your LBP 2 game (though I'd suggest backing up your save file first).
