When one of my friends that lives next door kicks my balls just because I rated his level(s) bad (okay, maybe I was KINDA exaggerating). He/she thinks it looks bad for their reputation and goes on and on about how I should've had more grace when it came to rating their level(s). I was just being honest! School teaches you to be honest and even my friends say I should be honest. And now they criticize me for being honest?! WTF I mean, its not like I spammed or said anything rude....

When I go to LBP.me to check if there's any recent feedback to my level. I'm watching the general Recent Activity and in the lower part of the page, almost off-screen, there's a review from a great omnipotent multi-MM Picked creator telling that "the level is pretty good". And right when I'm thinking that a holy LBP deity played my level I scroll down and I realize it's not my level he/she's talking about, and the review is only in my feed because I hearted that creator after all.

People who make levels with no name, patch, or description, but expect hearts and likes and ""s. Wow. And levels that can be easily make in LBP1. If you won't use the new frikin' tools, DON'T BUY THE GAME. What's the point?

Lack of LBP2 levels with themes that tend to originate further than what's standard.

As in, a lot of levels are just sci-fi now, and if it does have natural stuff, then it's likely to use the Eve's Asylum background and/or some kind of neon lights in the scenery.

LBP2 themes are too clean and shiny, I want old grungy stuff. Dirt, rough rusted rivets and flaking flimsy wood slapped together with string, tape, and dark fingerprint stickers everywhere. Change them scoreboards and checkpoint materials to wood and cardboard, non of that shiny metal or undesirable plastic. Goodness.

here's one that I've been running into a lot lately. you give me a power up, say the grappling hook. I swing a couple of times and you put the "x" up to take it away, only to give it back 10 steps later? WTH!

and they help your friends to reject the idea to jump without reason in your pod and redesign it with stickers or suicide without purpose in the levels. p

I dunno, Rick and I were playing the other day and I could hear him pretty good even through my slower connection. He was very patient with my popit typing too. Felt bad.

I hate the stereotype that if a level looks bad, it's automatically a bad level, and if it looks good, it's automatically good. Visuals don't determine how good a level is. I remember this one level I played on the cool pages was just a horizontal jungle level, and it had a few jumps and swings with the grappling hook. But it had a lot of decos and looked pretty so it got good reviews. I posted a review saying "The visuals were good but the gameplay was lacking, plus you used the game cameras WAY too much and the angle changes got annoying" and it got like 5 down votes.

On the other hand, has anyone played Vandz's Complicated Simplicity III? That is my all time favorite LBP level, it's a classic. It has extremely creative gameplay, but I feel like the only thing that was keeping it from an MM pick is that the visuals were really simple. There aren't enough levels like it.

My point is, because of this stereotype, the only popular "quality" levels I see don't focus at all on creative gameplay anymore.. they're just average platformers shielded by flashy visuals. /rant
