Retro Tanks: Wii Play

Nice work. It almost exactly like the real Wii Play version, which is the only reason to own Wii Play (besides the controller). There were a few bugs, such as the mines failing to blow up cardboard walls and how the AI kept killing each other on accident. I think there was something else but I forgot what. Regardless it played well, and was all in all a good remake.

For F4F I'd appreciate it if you played A Nucleotrosity. Just click the big pink "IT" in my signature.

Wow so fun level!

Pros:
- The old bit graphics (I love it)
- You can change music at any time.
- The continue-level codes. So original.

Cons:
- If you play alone, you only have 1 life
- If you enter into the passcode section, you can't go back in the menu (but you already knew this :P)

In reply to the mines not working on the cardboard, i made the blast really small, so small it doesnt always work againts a corner, and sadly its to late to fix that one... As for tanks killing themselves, they DO get smarter as you progress through, but suicides still happen. (Ragtagpwner i wanst able to find your level through the search, I tried your name too and got nothing. Too bad cuz the pics look cool)
In reply to only having one life in single player, I did that to try and coax people into not playing alone, and sadly its too late to change that as well.
Once again thanx for the feedback, I'm always looking for more!

I'm curious if you plan on updating this or any of your other games, I check all the time but it has been quite a while. I really like the retro tanks mechanics and hope to see some more!

Sadly I doubt it. With the exception of a couple die-hard fans, my games/levels don't really get the attention I would have liked. After 3 months wii play only has around 200 visitors, and being intended for multi-player it just seems like a waste of effort to continue it. I have a few fresh ideas in mind, but they will probably never be completed/posted due to lack of interest... I will add you to my friends list and we'll rip over to my moon so you can see all my almost completed projects
