Not that I can think of... and I have 99% of the dlc. I can only think of the sack sparrow sword... it doesn't, but you could sticker it.... and the paptopn sword is all wrong shaped... wooden knight sword is glowey, but only around the center of the blade. Wooden pirate sword is your best bet I think. Or the sack sparrow sword. OR the monkey prince has a baton I think...

Not that I know of. If it's for a level you can have an invisible hologram connected to a lightsaber hologram set to follow your character it make it wave around and do damage, but if it's for your character costume you're out of luck sorry.
