The Waterfall-material - Where is it?

Now ive seen alot of my friends have that material. But im an unhappy sackthingy, that doesnt have one
Anyone knows where it is? I have both LBP1 and LBP2! Thanks

This is probably one of the most ask questions on here.

Its on the Eve level patients is a virtue. And its where the fire ball start rolling down you got to jump ahead of it.

Yes. When the fireball starts rolling, use it to burn thru obstacles, but keep a vigilant eye out. You need to burn one or two of the obstacles first. You will see the mat when you get close. It will be on the right hand side of the screen in a small nook.
