I have this concept of a well made level, I'm new Little big planet but I have some XP with others map editors
1.Planing:Try to finish your level in your mind before take the controller.
2.Make a simple layout first until you reach the end of your level, then you can make it complex.
3.Custom is the key: Try to make every single thing on your level creatures, plants, characters... that will help you a lot with the scene of unity.
4. The most important. testing not only your level, some times I just go to and empty level a explore the possibilities...
Thanks A lot everyone hope it helps I know its pretty basic, but if you have a solid base you can go as higher as you want!

Quick Creator Tips
Good Advice! But another thing I would say would be to take your time creating your level. Don't rush through it. You should be confident in every single pixel of your creation before you go and publish your level. And (if your thermometer agrees with you) add as much detail in your level as possible.
