Levels not copyable!

So I just went to a level that said it was copyable, and I couldn't find the copy button. Looking at other copyable levels, NONE of them were copyable.

Is there something I need to do before I can copy community levels or something?

As soon as you select a Community level, a window pops open that asks if you want to play it, etc. One of the options is "Copy" if it is actually unlocked for copying. If you don't see the copy option, then the level is not copyable. Also keep in mind some creators say a level is copyable to garner more plays and hearts, with no intention of sharing the level.
