Bad news taken from a comment on the LBP site:

Despite Media Molecule creating what is perhaps the most awesome DLC content ever, for any game; Sony have managed to disappoint the community by not releasing it on the day on which they announced they would.

Community Support Representative ‘Muster Buster’ has told European Community Forum members that the content will “Not today, cant confirm tomorrow.“.

Naturally, this is a huge disappointment for the LBP community. Many players have been checking the PlayStation Store all day, waiting for the content to arrive. Again, communication is an issue for players here, as it is unlikely that the decision not to launch today was made late in the day. A simple announcement would have been fine.

With Muster Buster saying he can’t even confirm it’s release for tomorrow, we wouldn’t be surprised if the release date slipped to Thursday, the day when the PlayStation Store gets its regular update.
