Well, there was never an EU date announced, everyone just assumed worldwide. Today came around for us UK'ers and it never updated. They are hoping to get it out tomorrow, but can't confirm. I think people are getting a little too annoyed with this. While i of course am annoyed myself, i think i can wait the extra day or so. It's Christmas on Thursday too, so if i have to wait till next year, so be it. But they have said it will be out this week.

No it's not but announcing things and delaying them infinite times is! I actually can't remember a single time when Sony announced something that came out on time.

Welcome to the games industry. It's better to delay and have a quality product, than have a rushed unfinished product. People complain if it's late, and complain if it's rushed. In the end, they can't win.

For UK; it's not delayed, but not confirmed when. For US, you'll have it today. I believe.

We don't have any official press release, but it seems that EU will not be getting it on the 23rd. US is still up in the air for a couple of hours; after that, I doubt we'll see it today.
