I have to say, the "What is your name?" and "What is your address?" are two of the stupidest questions you could possibly ask to a person who, if caught, will most likely spend the remainder of their life in jail.

EDIT: Thought of something else. Cigarette lighters usually have a message saying "Light away from face." on them - but how else are you meant to actually light a cigarette which, obviously, would be in your mouth, and therefore near your face?
