Take this with a grain of salt, but some guy who has been in the industry for 12 years as a writer for 1up and bitomb has said he has news of what is essentially a Sony Smash Bros clone. Today he has updated with some minor info, so while you of course still have to not fully believe him, still seems kinda odd, and a bit fun to think about.

Awesome! Drake pushing over a statue seems a bit cartoonish for his character, however I will be very pleased if this turns out to be true. I remember my entire saturdays were spent Playing Super smash Bros N64 at my friends house

Sackboy might have a move where he grabs onto a rocket cart and flys through the screen, lighting all of his enemies on fire, and on landing haveing the rocket cart blow into a million peices, knocking everyone but him off the stage

Well, anyway. According to HipHopGamer... who apparently is a credible source and is responsible for Kratos being in Mortal Kombat... Sony will officially announce this January 11th. Sooooo yeah. Take that for what you will.

Though I do find it odd that the LittleBigPlanet stage has Buzz in it <_>
