Congratulations on making the spotlight egg, you definitely deserve it! The tweaks you've done are working great and the levels are playing fantastically. Hope you get more plays! Merry Christmas

    Thanks Rachi_t!

Level has now been updated and republished with a computer to see how well you did. Did you find ALL the score crystals...?

Thanks for the scoreboard at the end...love the spooky cave.

I seem to have an impossibly high score - i think it came from a previous version when the scoreboard was at the end of part 2?

    bye!

yeah, i'm not sure about that. It must be a relic - i'll see what i can do. Enjoy your top spot while you can!

I'm pretty sure the max score is 2500 - i could quite make the ace when i last tried! I will put a score counter at the end maybe.

    Cheers!

Really enjoyed playing this level. The unique crafted environment really is engaging, it has a curvaceous other worldy look which I've not seen before. Most generic levels on alien world and bases tend to go for the straight lined grid tool type look which makes for a bland experience. I really enjoyed the choice of materials, attention to detail and careful use of cameras and spot effects. second time I played was in a party of four, all of whom were very impressed, so much so as to state their intent to play through in single player at the next chance they get. Nice to play something original and refreshing like this, great job .

Thanks for the feedback EnochRoot - glad you liked it! There have been many play tests and reincarnations!

It's funny as the visuals were secondary in my mind when i made this level (as i wanted to make an unusual puzzle based level that really made you think) but lots of people really like the atmosphere so i it must have captured the feel ok.

How did you find the puzzles and level worked in a four? I've had a group of three through before.

I will gladly play through your level F4F and feedback, but i notice you have like 36 published levels (!) so maybe i'll play a few more...

    Cheers!

UPDATE: Just spent a few hours tweaking and fiddling...new character encounters, slicker camera angles, some pretty decorations and extra detail.

Still getting great feedback in game so if you've not tried it dive in! Hope you enjoy!

I'll be doing a new round of F4F is anyone wants too...

This is a response to my F4F. I played the whole series today and I was impressed. You have successfully created an organic alien environment, while capturing the lost civilization look. The puzzles were tricky and required problem solving skills, the best puzzles I have seen. I was thoroughly impressed and had no problems what so ever. It all looks amazing. The story telling was subtle and did not interfere with the game cut scenes were well managed. The only thing I do not like is the title, I do not like random capitol letters. I wish I had more constructive criticism but nothing else stands out as needs improvement. I guess that is a good thing. The wife stuck around to watch me play, she usually gets on the computer. I hope there is more to come. Great Job!

  10. Thanks!
