Hey everyone, just thought I'd start a Thread with an archive of 3DS Friend codes of the people on LBPC that have a 3DS so we can all exchange friend codes with each other.
If this goes well and it's okay with the Mods, I was hoping to have an expanding list.

Though I'm not on it much. :/
^ Not accurate time due to me using an alternate Minecraft launcher.

If you could donate just $5/month, that would be awesome. Don't know how long I can support this on my own... :I I'd say less, but $5 is the minimum they allow... >.<

Can you people with 3DS be so kind and write a little bit about your experience with the 3D effect? Is it different depending on the game you play? Do you get dizzy or have headaches at all? How long can you play before you need to turn the 3D off? I got a 3DS yesterday and I'm curious. I barely played mario land 3d and a little bit of zelda and it seems to work fine so far.

I get a headache if the 3D slider is up/down to much. You have to adjust it to your eyes and get used to it, and make sure you have it at the right angle. If I get to much of a headache I just turn it completely off for a few minutes or close it up into stand-by and get a glass of water then I'd turn it back on. As for the 3D effect, it looks amazing, like you're looking through a window and especially in Mario's water levels, it looks like you're looking through an aquarium. In my opinion it can also help your gaming experience in some games, like looking in a far off distance the 3D can help you see things and determine how far away it is and help you figure out how far you need to jump. Can you people with 3DS be so kind and write a little bit about your experience with the 3D effect? So overall as long as you keep the 3D adjusted to your eyes then it's a great experience without having to have 3D glasses. Just watch the headaches.

If I'm honest, I only use the 3D effect when the game calls for it. To me, it adds nothing to the overall feel of the game, so I just leave it off. Besides, it does begin to make your eyes ache after using it for long periods of time. Can you people with 3DS be so kind and write a little bit about your experience with the 3D effect? I've finished mario and not once did I feel like I had to turn off the effect. It's noticeable on your eyes but I never got dizzy or anything. No headaches. I play with the slider at 20-25% which I find is plenty. I'm going to finish Zelda next but after that I intend to go back and do the special levels in mario. I finished the normal game with about 130 extra lives and I didn't find it particularly difficult.

I always play with 3d on 100%! It doesn't bother me.
Some games have really great 3d effects, and I always make sure the 3d is on during any cutscene in a game.
You can also take some pretty intense 3d pictures or videos if play with the camera a little bit.

Depending on the game, it can feel gimicky, but overall it's amazing. I never have any eyestrain or headaches. It's just like looking at any object in the real world for me.Can you people with 3DS be so kind and write a little bit about your experience with the 3D effect? I yearn for the future, when everything will be 3D.

Around 2000 I played Ocarina of Time on my Celeron 266mhz with a voodoo 2 12mb fx card on an emulator. I made it to the Forest Temple. Fast forward a few years...maybe around 2003 I started it again..made it to the Forest Temple. in 2006-7ish I played it again...I think I made it out of the Water Temple. I recently got it for my 3DS and last night I finally did the Shadow and Spirit Temple and Ganon's castle. I finished the game. I think your eyes are adjusting somehow because I could play the last three dungeons without problems with the 3D slider at around 60-70% and it's fantastic. I hadn't anticipated the 3D to work so well. Mario Land is fantastic. There aren't really many games I want but now Rayman Origins is coming out in a few days. If reviews are good I'll probably get it. Anyone else getting it?
