And wow, what a surprise... Another fantastic level from Holquin!

So here's my review:

Gameplay

I thought the Gameplay was fantastic! Had me thinking (and failing ) the whole way through. I love the addition of the little extra hard puzzles and the step counter! And the way you move in a grid-like fashion makes the Gameplay so solid and glitch-free!

And the boss was awesome! Nice way to finish such an awesome level

Visuals

The visuals are also fantastic! Clean and fitting for the level. You can clearly identify each piece of a puzzle with it all looking nice at the same time!

The Verdict
Gameplay= 10/10
Visuals=9/10

Overall 9.5/10!

I wasn't expecting this type of gameplayl at all. What a pleasant surprise. The design of the level is fantastic! I loved the detail work and the materials used, everything just "gels" The gameplay is extraordinary with great puzzles, though I have to admit that I went into the first "extra" puzzle room and quickly back peddled out the door. I just did the "regular" route and didn't attempt the harder puzzles. I'll go back and see what I can do there. I only had one tiny teensy weensy complaint. In the section where you have 3 grated platforms and boxes on each. The camera was in just a little too much and I couldn't see what to do on the right hand side. I died several times just experimenting on what I needed to do. The exit out of this room is up/right, if that helps to know where I'm talking about. I tell ya, on a couple of the rooms I almost took a picture to post here and say that there was no solution! But I stopped, looked at the puzzle and was able to complete it. Awesome level man, enjoyed it. And that Boss fight! You don't usually see boss battles on a puzzle level, awesome!

I agree with the other speakers. Amazing level, felt both new and original. You've Also done something I think is one of the hardest things to do in lbp: you kept me playing a whole non-platforming level! Usually, these are, though well-done, simply boring! You get tired of them before you've finished! And you didn't here! Personally, I think this is the first level that I can give this feedback to. Thank you for the level!

Played this late last night. Simply amazing. I did end up somehow falling outside the level when I pressed circle to exit the end of the tutorial though, so that might be something you want to look at.

Other than that everything about this level is great. I was very surprised at the end to see that the level was counting all of my moves. That is a great feature. I'm gonna have to go back and replay it to figure out the advanced puzzles I missed. Gave you a heart and a yay. Pure excellence.

Because it's not an easy level. That's the only reason why someone would dislike a level like this -- because they can't do it.

Incidently, I didn't finish this level, but I still liked it.
I'm never great at these box-pushing style games.

Also, I thought you should know, that when I exited the tutorial, my sackboy was ejected from the controlinator (or it was destroyed somehow), and I fell to the bottom of the level. I uploaded a pic on your level.
