The Girl at the Observatory by Wertpol
The sequel to Evernight.
Well it has been over a year since I have published Evernight, and I finally got around to finishing part 2. It's much more a little experiment of mine to create a sort of point-and-click level in little big planet, and thus doesn't have the most spectacular gameplay ever. But I'm still very proud of it and think it's my best level yet. Many people kinda liked Evernight I guess so have fun. Hope you all like it.

I played this level. It was by far your best on my opinion.
The scenery was great, even though it was black and white.
I loved the idea of sticking eyes on everything. It had a sticker switch on evey object
I didn't really like walking up and down the stairs over and over. But that was the only thing I didn't like.
I gave it five stars. No heart because of stairs.
Overall, it's a good level to play.

Be sure to remind me on that, or else I'll probably forget.
Oh and by the way, if you put a sticker on the sponge at the stairs to the right of the observatory(the very high ones) it'll actually say that climbing the stairs is very tedious. C:Work in progress: The Evernight Series

Review:
Good Tings:
- The look of the level
- The mystery style thing was very unique and it worked great. I put the eye sticker on almost everything just to see what would happen.
- The homemade music at the beginning which kind of fading into the wilderness music was awesome.
- The intro was clever with the cable car.
-The darkness when you enter the observatory was clever and I realised why you did that afterwards.
Bad Tings:
- It wasn't very challenging.
- It was a bit short.
Overall:
It is a great level which continued the theme of the first one but, changed the gameplay. I gave it

and a
.

That 'homemade music' actually used to be an entire song, which would've been playing throughout the cable car travel. Also, parts of the world used to collapse around sackboy, but I had to remove all that when I ran out of space lol.
This would've been the actual music...(Arranged in piano obviously, it still sounded quite epic)
I always have such a hard time figuring out why people sometimes cannot complete levels...so I figured I'll meke it a little easier this time. xD I'll try to make it more difficult next time, although I don't think I will use this type of gameplay again.
I didn't want to delete even more of the level to make space for something else in there...I've never had so many problems with the thermometer.
I'll review your level tomorrow if that's okay, I'm tired.Last edited by Wertpol; 02-06-2012 at 09:53 PM.

This level was very unique. The visuals were cool (I always love silhouette levels for some reason), and I was actually a bit creeped out when I saw the hanging guy with no face, which is rare for an LBP level.
The gameplay was so unique that I enjoyed it even though it was tedious at times.
I just wish it was longer...My PSP Creations:
Down Underground (Spotlighted!) <--A sewer adventure; my first level and first spotlight!
Volcanic Activities: The Big Freeze<--My newest level, a treacherous adventure through a frozen volcano.
Feel free to check these out or PM me if you want me to review one of your PSP levels!
Hoping to get a Vita in the near future (price drop would be nice)...

When I started creating him I actually only made his top half hanging there, and made it so there would be a saw in which his lower half would be caught up and blood covering the floor and such...I decided that was a little too macabre though.
