Chainsaw guy on 4 was scary. Also, so was the 2 chainsaw women.

How about the Licker jumping through the mirror in RE2? I knew that was coming and it still made me (and a bunch of my friends) jump out of our skin!

Gotta love RE 2. As well as the licker, falling through the floor and the zombies grabbing you through the windows always made me jump.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

At this point, I'm sure you're thinking; "A Pokemon game on the DS? Scary? SERIOUSLY? Now I've seen everything."

OK. Not that scary. Now think about it; in the pitch black, at 1pm, near the very end of the game, full volume, headphones in, home alone.

I therefore advise everyone thinking exactly that to pick up said game and play the last couple of hours in the same conditions I did.

Advise everyone? Nope, that just doesn't cut it. I dare you. I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU.

Don't come crying back to me when you find out how scary a handheld Pokemon game can be.

Been playing "Corpse Party" for PSP on my Vita. It is freaking terrifying!

Silent Hill, Project Zero, Rule of Rose, Siren and my personal favorite...Haunting Ground

These are games that often had me jumping out of my skin and screaming hysterically like a little girl while my underpants filled up with hot poop.

Silent Hill 4: The Room. That was scary as hell! I bet people have dropped dead with fright, whilst playing it!

Well, when I were young the game Myst gave me nightmares for some reason.
Other than that I was very stressed in Beyond Good & Evil and in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but I can't say where in the game without spoiling.
Oh, there was also Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within, with the terrible Dahaka, a human-ish demon with horns and spiky tentacles coming out of the stomach. The nearer it got to you, the lower the saturation (amount of colors) would get. At least it made it less gore to see the tentacles kill you in black and white.

I also got super-scared while playing LBP, the day I though I had lost all my data. :P
