Hey fellow creators !
I've published a new level, called How I roll. Choose a ball or a wheel and tilt the level left or right to lead the object through a series of obstacles. A lot of thanks to MAD-WIZ, jauw2 and espesically deadmn for the creative input and help on this level. A huge thanks to Breezy-the-pro for the nice music.
It's a one player only level, but there is a spectator mode, and the menu let you choose who will be in control. But the level is best played with one player, as internet lag can be an issue : some parts require precision. As usual, feel free to report bugs and issues if you found any.
Spoiler - Some screenshots in the spoiler
Thanks for reading, I hope you'll enjoy the level

A good level as usual Slurm

Visual is clean, the level design is great, and reverse mode is interesting (but a little disturbing).
Why don't you use six axis? It could be interesting.
Keep the good work

I've played this twice with the rubber tyre wheel and the elastic band ball. It is excellent! It looks like a simple concept but I'm sure the logic behind it all is far from it! I really suggest people try this level, it is really well put together.
Thanks Slurm!

thanks all of you for playing and the really nice feedback. About the sixaxis, well I don't really like sixaxis controls...that's probably why I didn't think about it. I'll see if it's playable and if I can add it.
Now about the football... I tried. I tried all the sphere and wheel objects (to tell you the truth I even try the egg). But the football (and the other ball with a star on it) is on more than one layer
sorry, but it's not possible.

Played last night. Another wow. You really don't have a clue how to make bad or unoriginal level ? Are you trying hard enough ?

I liked this level, and it was fun to play through, so good job!
My only complant is that when the reverced gravity, the inverted controls seemed realy confusing, and i personaly had trouble getting used to it.

Thanks you all

@goranilic : ahah
Trust me, you don't want to see the first level i made on LBP1. I'm glad i've never published anything in LBP1. All i was doing was really really bad
@bikerider : You're not controling the ball directly, you're tilting the level left or right. I was wondering while working on the level how the ball will respond when the gravity is inverted. That's how it will work. As the ball is going up, if you tilt the level left, the ball should go to the right. It's confusing, but i've made the choice to repect logic

This level was so fun, I played it a few days ago. This level kind of reminds me of marble blast ultra, which was a really fun game. Anyway, I loved the mechanics you added, especially being able to go upside down. I do wish the level went on for a bit longer... but I guess its because I just didn't want it to end.
And as for sixaxis controls, I'm personally glad you didn't add them.

So the whole level moves?
It seems like you did something like what MM did in the move pack, where the camra angle makes it look like its actualy tilting. Mind telling how you did it?

Oh you're right, only the camera is moving. What I mean is that the level's spirit is that you do not control the ball directly, you're tilting the level left or right. And If gravity is reversed, then this is how it would behave. Not sure i'm clear here
. I'll try to invert controls on my moon and see how it play, but I designed the level this way, so i think i'll let the controls as they are now. Thanks for sharing your thoughts
