On the most recent Media Molecule podast, there was some hints towards Star Wars. It was called "May the 4th Be with you" which obviously is a play on words with the date. And they also featured a darth vader picture and mentioned something in the description. Could we expect Star Wars DLC for LittleBigPlanet? Has George Lucas sold out to yet another company? Discuss..

I doubt it... 'may the 4th be with you' is referenced year after year as starwars day... so naturally they simply entitled the podcast after it

Probably not, May 4th is known as 'Star Wars Day' because of that joke. I haven't listened to the podcast yet but they were probably discussing Star Wars because of the date and not DLC.
I do hope there will be Star Wars DLC, but it's unlikely to be soon.My best levels:

I dont see why not. Theyve turned many other unrelated movies into DLC, so I dont see any reason why we should rule out star wars. It may not be any time soon(considering, like the others said above me, that may 4th is star wars day), but who knows?

It's still a possibility. Why would LucasArts rule out getting some extra cash in their pockets from people buying Star Wars DLC?
The only situation I can see with it would be Media Molecules contract with Disney may prevent them from working with Lucas Arts.
Not positive though.

Seeing how they've been able to have characters from Ubi Soft (Assassin's Creed) and Square Enix (FFVII), I don't see what would stop them. Originally Posted by Nick930930
