I'm working on an end-of-level boss fight with a cutscene before it, with a sequencer full of cameras that transitions to Magic Mouths put on different objects. However, I'm having the following problems with the first one:
- Despite being in the center of the camera angle I assigned it, the text bubble appears to be coming from the left side of the screen.
- I have a voice selected, but there's no sound. I've tried with both ducking on and off.
- On some attempts, the word bubble has not shown up at all.
Is this a glitch, or am I missing something here?

Are Magic Mouths glitching out on me?

Put the magic mouths on the sequencer as well. This may solve the bubble not appearing problem. It may also solve the sound problem, but if it doesn't, check and see if there is any audio tweakers in your level that adjust the Dialogue volume of the level. If you don't feel like looking for one, or if you know you have one but can't find it, just put an audio tweaker with Dialogue set to 100%, and the rest set to your liking.
I hope this helps! Good luck!

Part of the answer to another post:
The reason the sound muffled is that the audio of Magic Mouths is actually "positional".
The Magic Mouth gibberish/recording is processed according to the Mouths position relatively to the current viewpoint of player.
Therefore you might experience odd audio behavior when making cutscenes with angled or panning Movie Cameras.
If it is in any way possible, you can try to move the source (i,e. Magic Mouth) around with the camera and potentially even have it change layers?
Having to do this is by no means idea, but it is the only fix I know if you don't want to change the camera angles...
Neither placing it on the sequencer nor moving it around a bit has worked. I've also noticed that the mouth isn't doing its speaking animation when it should be activated, and when I select a gibberish voice for it there's no preview. Is my game bugged?
EDIT: Hmm. Testing out the level in Play Mode, it seems to be working fine. Guess I'll make it in Edit and test it in Play.

Okay, new problem!
I have a cutscene that's made up of three Magic Mouths instead of cameras - One's on an object, the second links to one on the circuitboard of a Sackbot, then the third is back on the object, all with unique camera angles.
However, when I tried testing these in Play Mode, it only shows the first Magic Mouth's text, then cuts back to gameplay. Are there some settings that need to be tweaked, should I double-check my connections, or is this a bug?
Also, is there a way to skip to later parts of a level (ie checkpoints) in Play Mode without having to play through the whole thing? Seeing how this is the end of the level, and I'd have to go through 5 minutes of the same thing every time I want to test it out, a shortcut would be greatly appreciated.
Can anybody offer any advice, or is anyone up for going online with me to try and fix this? I'm really close to finishing this level and want to get rolling.
