I think it would be really nice if you could make it rain, snow, rainbow, sleet, etc. in your level from your tools bag, instead of using emitters. What do you think?

This is a good idea, but only in the background. I wouldn't like to see rain or snow in the play field.

Then maybe you could choose what layers get rain, like only 59 and 60, or only 1, 2, and 3.

Be much better than having to make your own weather, more realistic, no chance of lag, would create a much better atmosphere.
