Yes, it'll be available after the PlayStation Store updates!
Next week we'll probably see the return of the Solstice Costume and some kind of Summer Creator's Kit. The Winter and Spring kits were very nice, I can't imagine that they would skip Summer!

StevenI hinted at a Summer/swim suit costume pack, would be great if that was released alongside a Summer Creator's Kit.

things have certainly ramped up just recently. new LBP2/Vita DLC, LBPVita, LBPKarting (which i think is likely to get the Vita cross play treatment too) this and probably a summer pack! i'm going to be skint and even less social than i have been in the last year. who needs healthy looking skin anyway? i'm pale and proud of it

I'v all ready got the Solstice Costume Can't waight to get the summer kit.Yeah they were iv not used them much tho:/..That would be odd skiping summer :o lol
