I know you cannot put stickers or decorations over the front pod window (where you see the earth), but I knew a way on covering the front window. It's not a glitch, but it's a very sneaky trick. I used a Muppet's pack decoration (red curtain), and put it over the front window. You can't put any decoration on the window, but the curtain stick point is on one end of the curtain (top end). I make the curtain big enough to cover the front window, then I put it a little bit over the window, so the whole front screen is covered. That's how I made three of my pods.
