I have wanted to do a silhouette style level for a long time and now I have finally made one. The gameplay is very mild as I mainly put all my attention on visuals, mood, and decoration, but the gameplay is different than most silhouette levels as I used attractogel as a way to traverse the landscape. Special thanks to mistervista for the hummingbird and flower, beta testers (mistervista, missi-cat, xerorogue, rot-in) and to weirdybeardy for the music. You can view some uploaded pics if you follow the link. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

Another great platformer level, Shookie99. The silhouette visuals looked very neat, and the use of the attract-o-tweaker is well done. The score bubble use are a very good, too. The music, made by Weirdybeardy, fitted well in this cave-themed level. Solid job again.

Wow, thanks domik for the video!
And thanks justin for the feedback. I have your lbpc8 level in my queue.
Pretty happy with the outcome, not a lot of traffic but most seemed to enjoy it for what it was and what it was not. Thank you.New psn: http://lbp.me/u/shookie_monster

I liked the use of the attracto tweaker in this level and the visuals weren't bad. I did think it was a little lacking in places as the gameplay was pretty much the same thing throughout but otherwise it was a pleasant level to play.
Some interesting effects like those light bulb plant things along the paths that light up different colours as you go would be a good thing to add. Maybe even some falling leaves would look good.
I have played some horrible silhouette levels but this is not one of them. Good work.

Thanks lord. Haha, I originally had some falling leaves but I had used them in another level first and didn't want to rehash them. I may look into a sequel that offers up more gameplay and maybe even a bit creepier.

Just played it...love the look and the music was very fitting. I also loved the feeling of freedom you have going here. I did feel that it was over a little quickly and that a few puzzles might add to the experience, but overall I think this was very well done

Thanks for the feedback. I mainly just wanted to focus on exploration and atmosphere and thankfully most appreciated that aspect. I wanted to take a break from my traditional creations. Sequel will have more gameplay and maybe a little creepier too.

can't believe I forgot to come and leave a few words, actually I can. I do it all the time. This level took by surprise. I never would have guessed that you would make a silhouette level, but here it is and it's fantastic! The atmosphere in this is quite remarkable and what it lacks in gameplay, it more than makes up for it with ambience. I liked the fact of traversing almost the entire level via attracto-gel. That was pretty cool and having the torches alight when you passed a checkpoint was pretty cool as well. I've played it numerous times and enjoy it each time I play it. Excellent job.
