At one point LittleBigPlanet 2 Beta codes were sent out to a number of PlayStation Plus members, if I remember correctly.

In December 2010 towards the end of a beta that was only still running because of the delay not really what you would class as preferential treatment. http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2010/...-plus-members/

Plus hasn't had any effect on getting into the current beta. Plus doesn't really do much with the Vita at the moment I thing the only thing they have done so far is give subscribers a few extra pennies off some Vita sale items.

    Ugh...

Not to be starting a flame war, but don't make stuff up.

From multiple sources it was claimed that LBP™Vita was to be released among other Vita games on a specific date in March in which it turned out not to be.

I also did not ever say that "PlayStation®Plus members were ever given preference," I merely asked a question.

Also, on a meta note and a bit of mini-modding, please try to avoid unnecessary quoting of the previous post.

Any of those sources official or was it just retailers having a guess?

You probably should have made it less quotable then when you were writing it.

That was a while after I believe. I guess there's still hope (if you're a PS Plus member), but not if you're under 18.

No problem...you might want to be a little more cognizant of your verbiage in the future then because that's not how I or anyone else should have interpreted what you actually wrote.

The phrase "once again" implies that this has happened at least one time in the past, and it's stated as if it's a fact.

Should you have said "Would being a PlayStation@Plus member improve my chances of being selected?" my reply would have been different.
