What level do I have to reach before I can edit the caption under my username (currently 'sack')? I've noticed that it updates every now and then when I level up but I also see that the forum veterans have custom ones, which I assume is available once you have reached a certain level. I also imagine that you might be able to gain the ability immediately by donating?

I remembered you could get it from the market, but that got taken down after the site update. Does that mean there is no way to change the caption until the market returns?
