The wire from my headphones keeps getting stuck in my chair wheel.

I can top that with the wire of my headphones suddenly twisting around and not being all neat and straight lined to my iPod. You never know how bad it is until it finally happens.

You know what I hate?

When everyone you know and love is in emotion or physical pain and dying around you due to terrible circumstances, and you begin suffer from severe anxiety. It's just a pet peeve that gets under my skin regularly.
