Make the dialogue voice sounds in a level without making a dialogue box pop up? I'm certain I've seen it done in the story mode levels, like Patients are a Virtue for example, when passing The King, Frida, and the minigame kid. I swear they made the voice sounds that can only be made using a dialogue box, but they just made the SOUND and that's it, as I passed by them.
I'm making a busy city street and the only "Human Vox" sounds are like... ninja yells.
