So apparently, Zenimax is suing Mojang because Mojang is trying to trademark the word Scrolls. Like, if you use it in any sort of media (radio, television, video game title), Mojang could bring you to court. While they would most likely lose, it isn't worth the risk of a game series that rakes in millions.

That's fair. I was talking about "reservation" as in "make sure I'll have some empty patch of dirt where I can erect my domain free of annoyances, such as griefers, bad neighborhoods, vines, creepers, charged creepers and groups of up to five creepers. Shaped like fish." I think it fits this small criteria.

If you don't have enough RAM it won't work.
Honestly though, I've never seen that error. You might have just entered your server info wrong. Use the IP shown here:
http://www.ipchicken.com
