Just a regular, non-HD one. Im making a list of blocks and what theyre new LBP material-themed texture should be, which Ill post here soon.

EDIT: Haha Yogscast. I dont have anything against them, but since theyve done this, I hope they suffer.

I found several stories on it, but non more trustworthy than Notch's twitter.

Personally, I really hope this is all just a huge misunderstanding, or it all blows over. I dont know any of the yogscast, but Im a subscriber and love their videos, so Ill be sad if something happens to them/ their relationship with Mojang... Theyre already banned from ever attending Minecon again:Linky 2. Its the same information, but the poster sums up Notche's tweets.

I've been paying attention to their Youtube channel and it seems they're losing about 100 subscribers every 15 minutes.

I watched their subs for about 30 minutes and saw a definite rise in subs. Perhaps that rate was observed just after all the die-hard notch fans read his rage tweets.

eh, i gots the feeling notch will see something shiny, spin in his chair, and forget why he's ticked off. That said, I've never got the feeling that the yogscast people were especially friendly. However, i really couldn't care less what happens with them, to be honest. regardless, yea. i think notch is too laid back to hold a grudge.

This could very well and easily be a publicity stunt, people love when people fight on the internet, specially known people, pretend you're fighting, people eat it up, gain extra attention to both sides.

And you're reading something notch ahs tweeted. I've been reading TotalBiscuit's twitter (I want to see what happened in the IPL SC2 tournament he casted), and being someone who helped get Yogscast set up with contacts etc at the start, he's obviously not particularly happy. From what I can see, Yogscast are known for having swearing etc in their videos, and then notch expects them not to swear at all? As for other things, TB is convinced that Notch is lying - and given how well he knows the Yogscast guys I'd be inclined to believe him.

Either way, you can't invite people who are known to swear and make jokes and expect them to be completely different for you. Notch has messed this up himself as far as I'm concerned.

Edit: Also, convention in Vegas - hardly the place to go nd have a PG environment now, is it? :L

If it is a publicity stunt, its a d*m* good one. The video that plays automatically on BlueXephos 1.3 million views, compared to the others at 300-400 thousand. It can only be from people going to their channel and reloading it over and over.

Anyway, I really dont think a publicity stunt works if it involves the actions that thousands of other people saw.

Similarly, could you not say that TB is biased for the same reason? Maybe he's just taking sides, if he knows them so well? I agree completely that it's a little outlandish for Notch to expect a group of potty-mouths to simply behave without being asked to, but I believe Notch has a right to be upset.

Even if notch is the one who is right in this situation, he didnt handle it very maturely. Posting and ranting about someone on twitter is bad enough, but posting such rude accusations about a very large fanbase is pretty much community scuicide. Im not going to make any judgements untill I hear the Yogscast side of the story.

Well, Ive been working on the texture pack, though I havent made much progress. Im basing the textures on common materials, such as wooden planks are the basic materials wood, and the unrefined wood is framed carved wood from the canyons. I also made the crafting table, which is based off poppit, and the monster spawner and that other block I cant think of the name of that shoots stuff out have emitters on them. However, if you want to help, you can; just about every other block needs work. Try and base it off a material if you can, and make it 16x16 pixels.

Oh yeah, and TNT has the bomb symbol thing on it.

You have seen the 32x LBP texture pack I've made right? I've since stopped working on it, but it sounds like some things your doing are like my texture pack.

Also, someone on the MC forums also started a 64x LBP texture pack, so there's that too.

Yours is the only 16x though, very cool.
