Memodrix !

I generated this seed in 1.7.3 just for the next world, it's a decent size, and it has really cool forested ravine landscape. The only issue is that it doesn't have "full-release" strongholds, mineshafts, and jungles, but eh, those weren't any fun anyways. (If you really want, I could edit in ruins or something. :/ )

Also, I generated some indev floating islands and put it right into the level.

There are some really good areas I didn't take images of, I was afraid to venture too far in the full-release version of a beta world, as to prevent generating chunks. (I suspect you'll put up a world border again for this?)

The worst thing about that is how he says #ValveTime, what means it won't be 1st August.
Valve Time, for who doesn't know, is what Valve do when they are about to release something, but they release it later, or way later. Like they did on annoucing Steam on Mac. They said they would release it on start of April, but did it only on 14th May...
So this means Jeb said it'll be 1st August, but may take a month or two to release it actualy...

EDIT:
BTW, They did something even more absurd. On 1998 they said TF2 would be released 'soon...', then later said it would come way before 2005, but it actualy came out on 2007, 9 years after 1998.

in other news, 1.7.3 is no longer usable. please try to move on. thank you. also, #Valvetime just means i don't have to do any work on the server for a while yet. >.>

I keep meaning to ask, Memodrix, but I think at some point we should arrange a date to have an LBPC Minecraft Hunger Games tournament. We should set a date and have banners in our signatures promoting the event, to get maximum participants, and just like the Yogscast and others did, have pairs of players working together on a separate world to fight for victory!

Then I greatly recommend starting flat world with VoxelSniper. Terraform the scenery to what you want. Giant mountains, rolling hills, large underground caverns, etc. Everything how you want it. I can also teach you guys how to do it... :3

It would save so much time, and look so much better if we just got one of the famous pre made maps :P
