Yeah, it's the Minecraft version of DayZ. It's a server plugin, so you can only play it on their servers here,

There's another mod called DayM which looks far better IMO. It's a client side mod as opposed to a server plugin so it's a lot less limited in what it can do. It's still in pretty early development though.

Just tried it out with a friend... Wow. That was fun.

If you have a good group, and you have a decent layout of the map, you can have a LOT of fun.
I usually hold up in HuntsGrove or Yawpton

Yeah, it's hard to find people you can TRUST, you need to have a plan, and know how to survive a bit better before you're ready to go out on your own. Most people will tell you to head north, but unless you are ready for it with supplies and a good team, you aren't going to last very long.

mkay. chest shops should be up and you should be able to disguise yourselves as any non-monster mob.

ALRIGHT, so, with this new plugin I have made a little game type for you guys to try out.
It's pretty simple, not much setup to be done, and it's quite fun with lots of people.

The rules are this.

There are two types of player.
The HUNTER and the SNEAKER.

The hunter's job is to find the sneaking players in 5-10 shots, if the target amount of shots are fired, and you do not find the sneaker within that time, you lose, and the remaining sneakers win.

The Sneaker's job is to disguise themselves as any of the mobs in the arena, and act like that mob to avoid detection. You can disguise yourself as a Sheep, Cow, Pig, Chicken or Testificate. All you have to do is stay alive until the Hunter's ammo is gone.

You are allowed to switch mobs at any time during the round, but doing so could cause the Hunter to notice you. So use that perk wisely.

Here is the arena I built for the game type.





Also, Memo, this plugin is a bit buggy for some reason, when disguised, sometimes your body will jump a few blocks away from where you are XD

Wayyy too many animals in there. You have a bigger chance at missing the target you wanted to hit, and hitting another one with all the mobs in there.

yea....there seems to be a couple or three issues with the plugin....not anything breaking, just annoyances.

also the fact that i can't see myself flying around as the big flaming dragon kinda sucks as well.

hey guys. im like a month late about the minecraft update. new skins and dlc also pistons added. but the thing is can you play multiplayer without gold membership now? i couldn't when it first came out. only gol membership can. now i have the option in the update soo... idk. would it work?

btw: what i did in xbox version is make a house, bedroom, living room, i can go to the deck i made a spot to fish which is part of my house, tamed 15 wolves and made a room for all of them, i have a mining area under the house, and made a arena so i can fight endless waves of enemies down there. basically i got everything i wanted to have in minecraft except roller coaster which i have the stuff right now but i'll do that another time.
