Sorry for the opposition, but Whaale should absolutely be allowed to post when the server is up. If he doesn't, even more spam will ensue, I'm sure of it. Just let him do his thing, but we should do our best to just check, see if it's up, and just leave it if it is in fact not up.

And yes, the server is up right now. Just in case Whaale isn't going to tell us because of this.

Let's say the PSN is down. And Sony doesn't bother to tell you when it's up. Don't you believe it's a hassle to try to connect to the PSN every 10-20 minutes just hoping this time would be the time it was up. What if it is down for 10+ hours? And you constantly have the urge to go to your PS3, turn it on, wait to see if your connected online, and if not, repeat every half an hour. Wouldn't you like Sony to tell you when it's up? I don't see the problem with what I am doing. Server checkers are fine but they fall in the same category, no one wants to hop on the computer, check if the server is up, every 20 minutes or so. When it's easier for them to check this thread and see if I've put the server up or not.

But if it honestly is that bothersome I will stop with my "spamming" and let people figure it out.

I think it's fine if you post, but not really for others. I mean, asking if the server is up takes just as long as hopping onto minecraft and seeing for yourself. Okay, you know what. I'm tired of this fighting. For everyone who doesn't know what is going on, and for those who only know half the story, this is what happened:

It all started, when me, Sage, and Inanimacy infact got into a fight with Whaaaale about X and Seananners. Whaaaale was trying to say (or atleast, one of the things he was trying to say. The fight's subject kept changing) that Seananners was the one who got MineCraft so popular. I claimed that he would've never done it without X, and X already had made MineCraft popular. Eventually Whaaale left the server (to cool down or what, I don't know), and Inanimacy said some rude things. Ever since then, me and Whaaaaale haven't always been on good terms.

Now, the tomb, and the city in general. Before we restarted the server, me, Whaaale, Spider_Jew, and Inanimacy had a plan. We were going to build a huge, organized city, one of the most massive projects on MineCraft. We all agreed.
Eventually, Whaaaale started asking for people to help clear land. Apparently I was doing the least (at the time Whale and Inanimcay were using dirt to extend the land, so that's no wonder), so I imagine that caused some tension.
Now, the tomb. I never said it COULDN'T be in the city, it just couldn't be where it currently was I told LBD (plus at the time it looked nothing like a tiger head, just a pile of blocks). Whaaaale said let him build it, and I let him. Then Whaaaale came back from mining, saw the tomb, and equally freaked out. LBD, me, Whaaaale came to an agreement that the tiger head that was above the tomb would have to go down eventually. Notice how when that time come, LBD didn't mind?
Now, this 'Nazi reign'. All I was doing, was trying to keep people from building in the darn city in bad spots. I only suggested (apparently you guys think I ordered him) a place Vin could build because it had a nice view of the city AND warlord's tower. Heck, I sorta wanted to build a house there!
According to what Inanimacy told me, this is being bossy, and a 'Nazi' reign.

This is where things got bad. Inanimacy was showing me and Spider_Jew the start of his deadmau5 head (oh by the way, good job on that! ), when I noticed Whaaaale wasn't speaking. At all. Seeing as how I just watched all of Yogscast's MineCraft videos the previous day, and I'm a paranoid son-of-a-bunny, I was instantly suspicious. Spider_Jew and Inanimacy told me nothing was wrong. I rushed to Whaaaale to see him placing redstone on the path to our city in a very nice pattern I must say. I was still freaked out though, and broke three pieces. Whaaaale mined a section of the path wall out and ran into a cave. I followed. Whaaaale spammed glowstone everywhere for light, even using it to block up a waterfall. I kept following. Eventually, Whaaaale placed some lava (lava without a bucket. You can get this with InvEdit I believe) beneath him and killed himself. I also suicided, losing a good amount of steel picks and clean stone.
This is where things got bad. Whaaaale started blurting German, I saw he had spammed lava all over a lake, he had put the text 'SONSHI' outside the city, dug a big hole to the center to the planet, and griefed Sage's fairy fountain. I still followed.
I followed him in the forest behind our city. Being the Smokey-The-Bear hater he was, he smacked down some lava in the middle of it. Now I was following him in the BURNING forest behind our city. Eventually, I lost him.
At this point Inanimacy was also acting strange, but as he said in this thread he was faking it, so I won't go into that much detail. Besides, Spider_Jew was with Inanimacy mostly.
So, me and Spider_Jew were discussing what was going on when suddenly obsidian is placed RIGHT NEXT TO ME. I manage to run and turn around to see Whaaaale dressed as Herobrine. It was then obvious that Whaaaale was pulling a prank. Whaaaale started to blurt 'Todes Sonshi' over and over. Once again, I chased him. We went through the burning forest, and Spider_Jew got lost a few times, when we arrived at an obsidian bridge in the middle of a lake. We ran around this a few times, then Whaaaale mysteriously vanished (according to Spider_Jew, Inanimacy did this sometimes too, which meant him and Whaaaaale were on this together.). Spider_Jew and me then witnessed Inanimacy's head full with lava. Then Whaaaaale came to us. I attempted to pour lava on his head by knocking out the dirt blocks of Inanimacy's head, when he finally confessed it was all a joke and prank. However, he claimed to have no part in the actions done by whoever controlled Whaaaale in his non-Herobrine skin. I imagine this was a lie, since when we showed him the word SONSHI written by the city, he suddenly had no idea what that meant, even though he spammed 'TODES SONSHI' earlier. So, eventually I went to bed, woke up, saw that Whaaaaale posted a picture of the forest fire, and asked what me and Spider_Jew had done.

Finally, why I think all the server stuff is spam. I don't MIND you guys talking about the server, this IS the MineCraft thread. But posting 3 times every page 'Server is up!', 'When will the server be up?', 'WHAAAAALE WHERE ARE YOU', gets annoying. BabyDoll even agreed with me! If you made your own thread, you could go and make an OP detailing everything about your server, the members, etc. It could turn into a blog of sorts perhaps! In this thread, you could get up-to-date news about the server, when it's up, when it's down, etc. Wouldn't that be cool?

So, Whaaaale. Now that my half of the story is out, and this fighting between us has started losing a point, truce?

For those who even bother posting tl;dr, that shows you are stuck in your own head where everyone loves you, you're always right, and you date 50 women/men at a time. :-)

Cog begged me to have a peek at the server, and I was pretty impressed.
I don't go on the server for many things. One of the reasons is that MineCraft is starting to become less fun for me, seeing as how I've been playing it since September.

You have a late of facts misunderstood, first of all... I was pulling a prank, yes, and I admitted it... Inan was not "in on it" yet he understood that something like that can't possibly ever happen in Minecraft, so he decided to join in on the fun. You also believe Spider was as confused as you, when he in fact also understood it was a prank but played a long.

Me, Spider, and Inan had a good laugh and I decided to take screenshots of the mess I made, when I thought up of an idea to pretend someone like Herobrine really did infact come into our server and ruin everything, so I pretended not to know what in the world happened, like I was never there. I asked Inan and Spider to pretend they didn't know who did it and I needed to tell you as well, which is why I asked you to delete a PM, but you took too long, so I decided to post the comment on the thread pretending I thought it was you guys, then you would play a long and say Umm no it wasn't us blah blah blah, huge awesome confusion goes on, and everyone is like wut? Which would've been awesome. But you posted a comment, before you deleted the PM so it was essentially useless since you ruined the joke. D:
