A custom dusty pack http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewto...f=1021&t=45333
I just changed some stuff I didn't like. It's 32x32 so you need to patch it.

Which texture packs would you guys reccomend? Maybe those with little to no bugs/glitches?
I'm thinking of using doku's RPG texture pack, but I'm having trouble installing it :/

I recommend the one I just posted although I dislike the stone in it and other stuff so I mixed it with GeruDoku (fan update).
The original Doku hasn't been updated in ages..unless you are talking about the fan made updates?
What are you having problems with? All you need to do is install the patcher select the texture pack folder (make sure it's a zip..I think) then boom.
Also what OS are you using??

I'm using Windows 7, but I'm sure it doesn't matter now.
I didn't know it was outdated o: But yeah, I found the GeruDoku one and installed that. Looks pretty sweet so far.
I checked out the Painterly website, and found some updates stating a lot of bugs. Are those fixed or still bugged? o:

The Quandary pack is a really good pack, also. I'm using it now. All it does is improve the look of the textures without dramatically changing the originals to make it look better.
EDIT: Has there been any changes to the server? I haven't been on in ages and ages.Last edited by PhosphorusFedora15; 03-24-2011 at 01:06 AM.

xenocontendi is what I use, it's generally pretty nice my only problem with it is that cobble is almost the same as stone it could do with a bit of variation.

Yup. That's my kind of texture pack there. Making things look better (most of the time) while not destroying the art style too much.I think the website gives off all you'll really need. Quandary Pack WebsiteCurrently studying level design!

4 popular minecraft youtubers (Captain Sparklez, Yogscast, Nova, and Slyfoxhound) all played on some adventure map called 'The Redmurk Mystery'. It was pretty interesting, and it made me wanna have a try at an adventure map. So I'll probably start building something, most likely a creepy adventure based around a cult. Hopefully it comes out good :o

If you need any help, I wouldn't mind helping to pitch in, also.
On another note, I remember playing a really good adventure map based on a boat stranded on the ocean and you had to find a way to survive. It's called "Adrift", and if you haven't tried it out yet, I recommend you do. Link is here.
