Spoilers and their mobile Versions

Okay it's been bugging me for quite some time I was just to lazy to post
I can't view spoilers.

This only works on the mobile version I've noticed. I can exit to the full version and click on spoilers but in the mobile version I can't open them. I'll touch/click them but nothing happens.

Could be just me or are any other 'Happy Gadders' having this same problem? Because I would really like to view spoiler on the mobile version and if it's only me it's not really much of a problem.

On my iPad 2, I'm able to see them perfectly fine. I am also on the default Safari browser, though I use it on the full version of the site.

Well if I exit out to the full site I can see them perfectly fine too, but when I'm on the mobile version I can't. And it's a real hassle having to exit to the full just to read the spoiler. And if I want to go back to the mobile version I have to clear my cookies. Then that causes me to have to log back in. Unless there's some link to mobile version that I can't find, either way I shouldn't have to exit from mobile version just to read a spoiler.

At the bottom of the page for the full site, there's a dropdown menu where you can switch between the full and mobile versions. It's right underneath your posting permissions. I don't remember where it is on the mobile version, though.

Edit: Oh there's a button at the bottom to go to the full site. But yes, even on my PC I can't see spoilers.

Oh, cool I never new there was a button to get back to the mobile version, from the full site.

But even still I shouldn't have to exit the mobile version just to view a spoiler. I can understand some stuff, like editing your signature, but just to view what could be a major part of someone's post has no excuse.

The mobile version is there to cut down on the loading times. To do that, it has to disable some HTML code. Sadly, it seems that spoilers are a part of it.

Have you tried quoting the posts with spoilers on the mobile version? On the regular site it shows the spoilered text and the tags in the reply section like this:

I'm using an iPod touch 4th gen and its up to date. An I use safari. Do you think this could be the problem. Also note I can not actually read this spoiler once it's Posted unless I go to full version

Well they could at least inform us of not being able to seem them, like giving us a message when we click on it. Or it could just show them open.

Ohwell I'l just switch back and forth now from mobile to full sight. Or use Rabid-Coot's method. But thanks guys now I know some easier methods of viewing them.
