Being in the hospital for two weeks. There were days where I would get ten visits in a row by this doctor or that specialist... And every one of them wanted to use their stethoscope. I felt like Peter in Office Space having to get scolded by eight bosses every time there was an issue.

Layer blocking in LBP - any thing invisible material that stops sackboy changing what appear to be obviously accessible layers. It really breaks the flow for me. The worst cases are levels where sometimes the layer changing is blocked and later on it's allowed.
Solution: build your levels so the layer is out of reach or not there or make it clear using colour or lighting that it's inaccessible.

Dialogue with a jerky camera change for every new speech bubble. Very immersion-ruining.
Solution: use smooth camera transitions or non at all.

Otherwise harmless materials that suddenly burn you or gas you when you touch them - creators using them in games should make them obviously lethal with some kind of clue. I get grumpy when some benign looking sponge turn out to be a no-go area.
Solution: make it clear using colour or lighting that it's lethal.

A switch or lever that triggers a cutscene every time.
Solution: use sparingly.

A switch or cutscene that just destroys some piece of scenery with no apparent link to allow level progression.
Solution: Make the link between switch and material/object being destroy have a context or build the level so it fits the theme.

I also hate stopping at a red light and another car gets there just after you, but they slam on the brakes to stop first so they can go before you. I'm generally a very ****** off person while driving.

There's this guy in my class that adores hardstyle and uses Fruityloops to make awful simple average-sounding hardstyle music. He thinks he'se gonna be famous or something. You know, hardstyle music is just a small hype and it already lost it's coolness back in 2013. It won't catch on anymore.

And i also hate how everyone describes my deep chiptune-style electronic masterpieces as "super mario music". 8-BIT IS A THING YOU IDIOTS!!! And it's a mix of electronic/dance with chiptune, not only 8bit.
