Oh and no games are causing this to happen. It's the hardware that breaks at some point, regardless the games you played.

You will be unable to recover any saved files from your dead console unless you backed up the hard drive. However, all PS Store downloads are available through the PS Store for re-download. Also, all PSN activity (friends list, online multiplayer stats, etc.) are saved on servers and will be automatically recovered once you receive your new PS3.

You have no choice. This is gonna work because that's the way PSN work. You can download all your stuff in 5 different PS3s. As many times as you wish. And your stats and trophies, etc it's all on the servers too.

Go to the store, go on the downloads part and redownload your stuff.
Friends lists and trophies should sync up when you log in.

But when i got my second ps3 all my data was gone, so to get Thee-Flash back i just got to type in my e-mail and pass..?
