I found another minor bug that's similar to the Maplewood and Ziggurat boss fight I mentioned earlier (PS3, sorry I also forgot to mention that about those two boss fights). After I retried the final boss battle level four times, the Toggle costume resets. Same goes with the Swoop NPC at the beginning of the boss fight, but my Swoop character still wears a costume.

I haven't read through this thread, so apologies if these are repeats:
- Level completion progress is only tied to lead player, which really stinks for Player 2 when they log in later. (There may be more to this issue, I'm not sure we've seen the problem consistently.)
- Broadcast chip microchip opens everywhere, and there's no easy way to tell which is the source broadcast chip.
- You can place other logic on the broadcast clone chip boards, but it doesn't do anything.
- No way to either override custom character control inputs or put power ups in sackbot's hands. (Hoping this is a bug, because it seems unnecessarily limiting to a lot of ideas.)
- The sackpocket tweaker lets you increment and decrement how many of an item the player owns, but there's no way for the player to see that quantity.
- The sackpocket sensor lets you sense a target quantity, but it doesn't produce an analog signal if the player owns some but not all of the target quantity.
- Sackpocket items that aren't power ups, when selected, materialize right above sackboy and start to squish him.
- Tag color property "Owned by Sackboy" doesn't seem to do anything.
- Wenches in at least some cases are pushing like pistons. (This happened to me during Popit Academy.)
- Popit Academy connectors sometimes don't seem to behave properly, especially for Player 2. If you change a length, nothing happens to the connected things. It seems like attached objects get bugged to the point of non-responsiveness.
- Sackbots models in Za Za's store sometimes (frequently) have their faces become grossly disfigured.
- Fire effect on PS3 is lacking anything like flames. (Major downgrade from LBP2, hopefully a bug.)
- Sackboy "Can use hook hat" icon is dev placeholder art. (Assuming so because it says "Fix Me".)

From past experience with LBP releases, I've found that the word 'soon' can range from a week to a few months
You'd think it'd be simple to map out all of the work and pinpoint a release date. They probably don't give a solid date in an effort to prevent disappointment.

STORY MODE:
- a friend and i discovered another falling out of the level issue, found in the two player level "challenge room: two's company" video:
- minor: if i start the game, and enter adventure mode it allways has "book two: the ziggurat" as default showing on front. this is no serious thing, but i guess it was intended to save where you had it the last time OR on "prologue", i simply see no reason why it is allways at the ziggurat, even when you have book 3 allready open. (or is it set to show the one with the lowest %?)
- it appears that some stickers are shown as trigger sticker in the popit menu, while playing some levels, but they have no function at all. i guess there are several locations where they accidentally put sticker sensors down.
(but i guess it could not be accidentally because you have to set which sticker... so is that a glitch, or are there
easter eggs from the level creators without the devs team knowing?
most of the time it is a white dust sticker. (duo the dynamic thermo, it appears and reappears, sadly i forgot where it was, but i have seen it in at least 4 levels so far and it often happens when a sticker sensor is in the near anyway)
INGAME NEWS:
- news section can not be triggered by pressing triagle in my popit or in the menu. (the narrator said it, so i thought that should be possible, right?)
- news section shows a level i currently added to a playlist. there are two problems with that: first i allready deleted those level from my playlist. and second i filtered out everything except lbp news, and i had myself clearly unchecked but it did still appear in the list.
USER LEVELS:
- i decided to test some user adventure levels and because i cant browse (because it loads the same levels again and again) i just picked the first one i saw. i was not able to enter it. after trying to open it it did not trigger a loading screen it just poped me out of it and left the adventure label open on the planet. video:
(I did not press anything after clicking on play)
- in my previous posts i mentioned the R button symbol random poping up at the top of the screen upside down:
in the same last video link above you can see it. just noticed it when cutting the video. nice coincidence.
- it happens that in user levels (some people say that happened to them in the story mode as well) you respawn outside of the level under it. that happens randomly, but if it happens it happens all the time and forces you to restart and sometimes deleting the save of the level if it has logic attached to it saving the issue.
TUTORIAL VIDEOS:
- if a tutorial video did not load, it still checks it as seen. with so many videos that is an issue if someone watches them out of order.
- if you watch the tutorial videos it happens way to often that the screensaver video pops right in. it's annoying. please prevent any screensaver option while a video is played.
- tutorial videos happen to play their spoken text in different volumes. for example the "music sequencer" one is very silent.
- tutorial videos happen to be ordered in a weird way. for example "popit cursor" happens to be far down, while it deserves to be one of the first videos to be seen by someone who wants to learn. (some of the categories even appear twice, for example "how to play")
- popit puzzle level links in the tutorial video section allways open up their category in the video list when you enter tutorials. just go back and enter the video list again and its open. (it should stay closed if you close it like the others)
CREATE MODE:
- the "character changeing sound" was playing without ending. video:
(it is also showing that i just put a player sensor to the checkpoint connected with a char changer)
- a sound is playing in the near of the character changer

DLC
- the game crashes if playing the marvel packs levels. it don't matters which one you play or replay you got a chance of 75% that it crashes.
- the game crashed and after restarting the game it crashed just after a few seconds booting the game up. (happened just once)
- if you buy the monster kit in the ps4 store (not ingame) you get the monster costume set ingame. (i want that fixed, don't want to pay twice for it)
SUGGESTIONS:
- transform "add to playlist" button into "remove from playlist" (or add it) when viewing the levels info page of a level which has been added allready.
- give us an option to "add A NEW playlist" when clicking on "add to playlist" while viewing the levels info page.
(if i see a level that triggers the idea for a new playlist i would like be able to create one without... yeah... you know what i mean)
- add a "no sound" option to the character changer
- add an output for a wire to an checkpoint. everytime a user respawns (or enters the level) it triggers a output.
(of course that can be done with a player sensor, but not if you just run into it without respawning)
- is there no global setting to force the player to enter the level with a certain character? i can choose chars out of the global section of my popit in create mode, but it does only affect my own appearance while testing my level. it is not saving it or anything. i could be wrong and there is a way (without linking logic which triggers when you enter the level) it would sure be useful. (how did they do it in the story levels? at least i did not hear any char changing sounds or saw any animation of changing chars there, if i remember right that is...)
- add a setting that prevents sackfolk in multiplayer mode to enter your level if it was not done for multiplayer.
not just suggesting that it could not work. i know some level would break if you do.
- add a controll menu when viewing a tutorial video. or at least a few more options like using the sticks to make it play faster and reach where we want to view at it again without the need to watch everything of the video again.
- give us an option to tweek collectabell stores, checkpoints and goals fully unlimited to any material we want.
that would add a lot to level designs.

I really love the ambition of thise game and the creative heart put into all the new features and story levels. But the bugginess throughout is starting to leave me feeling swindled. Clearly somebody decided to rush this out the door and take my money long before the game was ready. And I know the team worked on this for years, so i can't imagine all of these bugs that didn't get fixed in that time will now be fixed in the next month. It's a shame to think of all the new LBP players having this for their first experience. I would not have even been able to play past the prologue world if not for an arcane tip from Steven in this thread (Manglewood would not unlock, even though we hadn't skipped any cut scenes).
More findings: The blink ball in multiplayer doesn't work if you stand near other sack folk. Joining a group online with two local players can corrupt player 2's profile permanently, making it unloadable. Glitches in levels occasionally kill you, making acing some levels a hassle. Tonight I was not prompted to save a new level I made when I hit return to pod, so I lost my work. State sensors sometimes don't work in create, and you need to start again with a fresh one. Yesterday i was brought back to the pod with an adventure map appearing on its side and no way for me to select anything nor let go of the PS controller in the pod (Had to quit game). The list goes on and on; these are just what comes to mind. And this isn't even the showstopper stuff they've said they are working on.

(PS3) I'm playing vanilla to minimize bugs; no costume changes; haven't entered create mode yet. I've obtained 100% prize bubbles across story and popit academy including aceing all levels. I have always created new backup saves without overwriting which as of current reflect 4meg in size and have only done so at the adventure screen. *BUG: creating a backup save at the popit academy screen renders file size at 415k. To backup at correct file size, I again make it at the adventure screen which is 4meg. In case this is relevant to profile corruption, thought I'd report my findings.

Looks like this error code CE-34878-0 I keep getting is widespread to other games and not just LBP3. Game is unplayable for me past Manglewood. I know many have been playing offline as a way round it. BUT this defeats the purpose of being online, having PS+ and even using the share features. Many times when broadcasting on Twitch it would crash and even when I'm not broadcasting.
A quick Google search, millions of people are getting corrupt saves and crashes from this CE-34878-0 error across various games. I may just wipe everything to start again until this gets patched and sorted.

I've experienced the following:
Endless Loading One time after I exited create mode, it took about 25 minutes to return to my pod. I noticed I had unlocked quite a few pins once i got back to my pod. So maybe the problem is related to earning pins? (Was playing offline.)
Costume changes in cut scenes Sometimes Oddsock and Toggle's costumes change during cutscenes. One time Oddsock even wore a head which I hadn't even bought from Zom Zom yet.(The one that looks like a droopy dog.
Pod decorations disappear A bunch of stickers had disappeared from my pod.
Can't unlock LBP1 Content When I try to unlock my LBP1 content, My playstation freezes and I have to reset it. The LBP2 content unlocked fine though. (This was online. Lost my LBP1 profile when my previous PS3 got YLOD. Can only get the stuff back online.)

IIRC there's a tweak on your entrance that sets as which character players spawn.
If players want to, just let them. I often pop into multiplayer levels when I'm alone just to check it out and see if I want to queue it for multiplayer play later. If it breaks really badly, you can always pull excess players into a controlinator to get rid of them.LBP2 Tutorial: Stretch Objects To Any Height/Width Ratio

Keep getting this too when I'm online. I went to play some community levels, and on Art & Oddsock, it appeared that my collectibell total from story was carrying over. (Fortunately the Shop Stall took score instead, but the stall also has a bug where it doesn't change the icon to reflect that.) On Rooftop Railings I had all story powerups in my sackpocket, but the level had only given me a hook hat.
i wonder if we don't need a better way to organize all these bug reports? A sub forum here or something like GetSatisfaction that Mm used to use.

I've also noticed, when playing Rooftop Railings, that the organisertron shows story mode quests. Maybe the game thinks you're playing a story mode level.

Not only do they need to organise, fix and program this patch, they also need (afaik) to seek approval and authorisation from sony before release - it has to be stable enough to make sure it wont blow up our systems or something... I dunno I'm not a dev.
If they give a release date and then their patch is not approved, people get even more irritable. Just look at the Minecraft release for PS4 - how IRRITATING it was to have a date, and then be told - "whoops, no, our bad, maybe a bit later instead." URGH!
It will come - they are working on it. In the meantime, go play another game if this one irritates you so much. It is NOT the end of the world as we know it.

I tried going in to a Community level that attempted to load, only for it to boot me out, and then come up with the error message telling me that my Adventure Profile was corrupted and needed to be deleted
Still kept all my items, but it's annoying having to start from scratch on that.
Also, copying medium sized objects in create mode (mine was a 4 layer corner edited mountain) crashes the game every single time and boots me to the PS4 home screen. Bit sucky, but can't wait for an update
