Huh. The Collector.

So I was acing some levels messing around, and after about an hours play, I decided to finish off with a nice boss fight. I loaded the collector, and just began to play through, not even trying to ace it. I aced it. Made it seem incredibly easy for a boss fight. Love the costume.

The same thing happened with me! when i did it i wasnt going for the ACE but i got it
and yes the costume is AWESOME! but i find it hard to do good with if i am playing a chalenging level it is distracting

I aced it the second time i played it. I remember the first time i played it there were only the two machines and I was expecting around 10, it was reliving but kinda dissapointing. i wish they would make story levels copyable, I would love to see all the inner workings of the second boss.

I didn't have much trouble acing the Collector boss too. I actually found the first boss in the level harder to ace. It was in my opinion a awesome boss though.

The easiest thing about the collector is, that he always does the same. The developers were to lazy to to make a decent randomness generator?

You get the second boss as an object. Just go into create mode, go into your poppit menu and change the list to themes - you should have it...

By far the coolest thing about this boss, though, is how when you destroy one part, it falls off, and you fight an entirely different boss.

yea neon costume way better than yellow head to me.. With YH whenever i run I go flat and cant see where I am.. especially on multiplayer.

Yeah that can get annoying. But one of the most awesome costumes is the glowing skeleton glitch. It's the same as the skeleton costume, but with glowing parts on the skeleton. You do it by:

Running into electric
Pausing the game when your character is being electrocuted and is a skeleton (it switches from skeleton to normal)
Turn of your controller
Wait until it says Press PS Button To Play
Press PS button
TADA!

Make sure to save the costume

Wow! that's awesome! Can that only be done with that costume? Or is that just the awesomest. What costume do you get for acing the collector?

It's Yellow Head for acing. It's a 2D guy with a yellow square head floating above a purple body. Look for the LBP concept video - it's that guy.

If you mean the skeleton costume, I tried it with Fire and Plasma balls. I thought plasma balls was the only one that may have worked (how awesome would that be). Alas, I was mistaken.

Ha ha, plasma sack boy would be funny. It would be even cooler if you could zap/electrocute other people that you run into.

The last boss was a little too easy, but the whole game was a little too easy, so it seems to fit. As far as acing is concerned, there are at least 3 levels harder to ace, but oh well.
